Our Core Values
We are an inclusive school; we are a caring, welcoming, safe place where children can develop their confidence and abilities, achieving their full potential in both academic and social, emotional areas. We are proud that our children are happy, hard-working and polite, and emphasis is placed on each child’s individuality and the contributions they make to the life of our school. Respect for each other and the environment is encouraged, and a warm, friendly atmosphere between all members of our school community is fostered.

Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) is a Multi Academy Trust which was set up by the Diocese of Lincoln in 2013 to build a mutually supportive family of academies in Greater Lincolnshire who support each other in providing the very best outcomes for their pupils.

Children settle in to St Peter's very quickly and happily. They are supported by a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants and pastoral workers. Everyone is made to feel very welcome, including parents, who are actively encouraged to take an active part in the life of the school.

We think of the needs of all our pupils in a holistic way, prioritising what is right for them to grow. 'The uniqueness of all is cherished and is the lens through which the actions of staff enable lives to change. Inspired by a sense that all have a ‘God given right to flourish’, staff meet pupils at their individual starting points and provided them with a voice. This is heard, removes barriers and leads to a wholeness of life'.
