I am delighted to welcome you to St Peter's Church of England Primary School. We are a diverse, friendly school in the middle of Cleethorpes: a mere stone's throw from the beach.
We are an inclusive school; we are a caring, welcoming, safe place where children can develop their confidence and abilities, achieving their full potential in both academic and social, emotional areas. We are proud that our children are happy, hard-working and polite, and emphasis is placed on each child’s individuality and the contributions they make to the life of our school. Respect for each other and the environment is encouraged, and a warm, friendly atmosphere between all members of our school community is fostered.
We are part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) which is made up of 23 schools within the Lincoln Diocese. We aim to provide a robust, engaging curriculum which encompasses our three core, Christian values of peace, hope and joy. The learning experiences we provide for our children aim to ensure that all children are empowered to be the best they can be and leave our school as life-long learners, ready to take on new challenges.
As part of the church school family we enjoy strong links with our local church and the diocese. We take part in church and diocesan events throughout the year, and enjoy seeing the children explore their relationship with God and the world around them.
Children settle in to St Peter's very quickly and happily. They are supported by a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants and pastoral workers. Everyone is made to feel very welcome, including parents, who are actively encouraged to take an active part in the life of the school.
If you would like to come and visit our school to find out more about what we can offer your family, please contact the school office, I look forward to welcoming you.
